How do you differ from your competitors in an exceptionally aggressive market?

As financial pressures have an increasing impact on every aspect of business, we believe that access to quality candidates should not be restricted or prohibited by cost and so for recruitment agencies, basic vacancy listings will always remain free and for direct employers the charges are highly competitive.

Vacancy postings and promotional features such as featured jobs, banners and buttons are competitively priced as we are looking to enable companies from SME’s to large organisations to have access to a quality, nationally focused, industry job board.

By registering with us clients are automatically invited to set up a mini recruiter profile, this can include links to their own website, social media links and a short introduction to their company at no additional charge.

Clients are able to access and manage their own account. This includes the option of removing vacancies should they find that the response they receive in the initial period is more than sufficient. However, should they then find that there was no suitable candidate they are able to republish the vacancy (within 60 days from first submitting the vacancy) and again this option is offered as part of the standard package with no additional charges.

We currently have hundreds of live vacancies on the site covering all disciplines within the sector from Heads of Operations, Financial Accountants and NPD Technologists to Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers. With more vacancies being added daily by leading industry recruiters our aim is to build a credible and effective jobs board that offers an affordable option for reaching a national audience within the industry. We want to assist agencies and employers in connecting the right candidate with the right job.

In addition to all of this is an organisation with a strong customer focus and aims to provide employers with the right forum to help them find candidates to help drive their business forward.

In addition to the website they have set up the LinkedIn group – Jobs in Food Manufacturing – to enable views, industry news, relevant vacancies and topics to be shared and discussed with individuals within the Food and Drink industry.
