Yorkshire Crisps Flying High At LBA

Visitors to the newly extended Premier Lounge at Leeds Bradford Airport (LBA) are now able to enjoy a taste of Yorkshire whilst they wait for their flight to be called.

The gourmet crisps are produced in Yorkshire from selected locally grown potatoes which are sliced into hot sunflower oil where they are hand-fried for a few minutes then drizzled with totally natural flavours while they are still warm.

Yorkshire Crisps are available in the new 25g ‘flight-bag’ size in four flavours – Natural Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Sweet Chilli and Lime, and Cheddar and Caramelised Onion Chutney, for discerning travellers to crunch on.

Tim Wheatley of Yorkshire Crisps said: “We are very excited by this development and hope that passengers enjoy our premium crisps as they travel via Leeds Bradford Airport – The Gateway to Yorkshire.”

Richard Aldridge of Leeds Bradford Airport said: “We are sure that Yorkshire Crisps will become a firm favourite with our customers. Our aim is to offer locally sourced produce wherever possible and showcase the region’s finest offerings. ”

Yorkshire Crisps are made in South Yorkshire from completely natural ingredients.
